Vinification: Pressing and delicate de-stemming of the grapes. Fermentation in steel tanks with controlled temperature with grape maceration for 12 days. During fermentation, frequent punching down and pumping over are carried out.
Ageing: At the end of the malolactic fermentation, the wine is placed in Caucasian oak tonneau where it rests for 12 months, at the end of which the wine is bottled and aged in glass for a few months before being marketed.
