Palate: Vibrant, clean and fresh expertly rounded with dry and vertical aftertaste
Pairing: As an aperitif and throughout meals of raw fish, and seasonal vegetable dishes
GRAPES: Choice of the best early white berried grapes
DENOMINATION: Brut Sparkling Wine
PRODUCTION AREA: Romagna
HARVEST: Second/Third week of August
VINIFICATION: Soft pressing in whole bunches and subsequent second fermentation in steel at low temperatures (16°C).
Second Fermentation for 4 months.
ALCOHOL VOLUME: Around 12%
RESIDUAL SUGAR: 7gr/l
